Service
The Diligence Room aggregates and organizes public-source opportunity information and provides private research, filtering, comparison, alert and workflow tools. Discord is the community and distribution layer; the portal is the private decision workspace.
Information may be incomplete, delayed, translated, amended or withdrawn by its original publisher. The linked official source remains authoritative.
No professional advice
The service provides research and information only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, procurement or other professional advice, and it does not recommend or broker a transaction.
You are responsible for independent diligence, eligibility, local law, counterparty checks, source documents and professional advice before acting.
Accounts and acceptable use
Sign-in uses your Discord identity. You must keep the account secure, provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful research and decision support.
You may not resell or sublicense access, share an account, use automated extraction or bulk collection outside the provided exports, combine exports into a competing dataset, remove export identifiers, circumvent rate or session limits, interfere with infrastructure, publish another member's private work or misuse personal or confidential information.
Access plans and Launch Preview
Free Members use the designated Discord community areas. Paid Members and the Founder can use the private portal. During Launch Preview, active community members may receive temporary complimentary Paid Member access. It requires no card, creates no subscription and includes no AI credit. We will provide advance notice before it ends.
Paid billing is monthly through Stripe. Prices, taxes and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Cancellation takes effect under the Stripe billing terms shown in your account; access is reconciled from the authoritative subscription status.
Exports and dataset protection
Workspace exports are provided for your own internal evaluation and decision workflow. They are limited by row and frequency controls and include member-scoped traceability identifiers. Those controls do not transfer ownership of underlying public facts, but protect the service's selection, organization, enrichment and private research.
Member work and community submissions
Your notes, watchlists and pipeline state remain private to your account. You retain rights in content you submit, while granting the limited permission needed to store, secure and display it back to you.
Community deal-flow features remain disabled unless expressly opened. Future submissions will require authority, accuracy, moderation and separate access rules; publication will not imply endorsement.
Availability, suspension and liability
We may change, pause or withdraw sources and features to protect legality, security, reliability or data quality. Access may be suspended for abuse, non-payment or material breach.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of opportunity availability, accuracy, eligibility, outcome or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator's place of establishment, subject to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply to you. Material changes will be dated and communicated through the service when required.
